- Waiting Period: A grace period of 60 minutes will apply to hotel pick up , late arrivals will be deemed as cancelation, refunds will not be granted
- Please write down your designated pick up time at Remark column when you make the booking, otherwise, the driver will wait for 90 minutes from your flight schedule arrival time defaultly.
