- Waiting Period: A grace period of 60 minutes will apply to hotel pick up , late arrivals will be deemed as cancelation, refunds will not be granted
- The driver will be waiting at the arrival hall and holding a sign of "特優旅游 (Excellence Eco-Tours)"
- In the event of any delays, please contact the local agency (Hotline Call: 6017 818 2285 / 6010 587 7177) as early as possible, failure to do so or late notice (after the grace period from the original arrival time) will result in cancelation.
- We highly recommend you provide reachable phone number OR at least one kind of app for driver to contact with you: Whatsapp, Wechat, Kakao Talk, Line
